I work with individual adults who want to do a deep dive into psychological healing and transformation. Perhaps you have a history with trauma, depression, PTSD, anxiety, or psychological wounds that are preventing you from living to your fullest. You may have overcome obstacles in your life, developed confidence in your abilities, but are still struggling with limiting beliefs, symptoms that impact your life and relationships, and an overall sense of not being your authentic self.

I also work with individuals who are experiencing disruption in their life from a spiritually transformative experience. Although these experiences can be highly transformative and very meaningful, they can involve challenges that lead to symptoms such as depression, anxiety, panic, existential crisis, and more. I work with adult clients providing individual one-on-one therapy both in-person in Kirkland, WA, and via Telehealth across Washington State. I utilize a number of different techniques and modalities, as well as draw from various theoretical orientations in counseling psychology.
Individual Therapy
